Welcome to
Inner Harmony Practice
I am Dr Esther Olawande, an integrative counsellor and therapist providing a warm, non-judgemental and empathetic space for deep exploration of various mental health issues and challenges in relationships and marriages. I walk alongside my clients through their dark moments, getting to understand their challenges and experiences in order to co-design and implement the appropriate intervention best suited to meet their needs, so they can live a meaningful life. I aim to meet the client where they are and move with them on their journey towards healing, growth, and self-discovery.
“We don’t so much solve our problems as we outgrow them. We add capacities and experiences that eventually make us bigger than the problems.”
-- Carl G. Jung

Obligation Consultation
I want to get to know you and what you’re going through. To this end, I offer a free no-obligation 30-min consultation over the telephone or Zoom (online) where you can ask questions about: how I work, what you should expect from a therapy session, how
we would work together and any other questions that would help you make an informed decision. From there we will agree a date for an initial session to discuss your needs at length, co-design a targeted approach to sessions and tailor our time to best helping you.
Please feel free to reach out in the contact form below. You could also call me on the phone number provided in the contact area. I offer face-to-face couples counselling, psychotherapy sessions for individuals, older people counselling, stress relief therapy, and more.

Frequently Asked
Question
-
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with emotions, relationships, or past experiences, therapy can help. It’s not just for crises—it’s about self-discovery, healing, and growth. My sessions create a safe, judgment-free space where I work together to understand what’s going on and find the right path forward.
-
My first session is all about getting to know you. I’ll talk about what’s brought you here, your concerns, and what you’d like to achieve. There’s no pressure—just an open, friendly conversation to see how I can work together. If it feels right for you, I’ll create a plan that suits your needs.
-
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—everyone’s journey is unique. Some people find clarity in a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. I’ll regularly check in on your progress and adjust as needed. My goal isn’t to keep you in therapy forever but to help you build the tools to navigate life confidently.
-
Absolutely. Stress and anxiety can feel overwhelming, but therapy helps you regain control. Together, I’ll uncover triggers, reframe negative thoughts, and develop strategies to manage emotions more effectively. It’s not about “fixing” you—because you’re not broken—it’s about finding balance and learning ways to handle life’s challenges with confidence.
